About

I'm a self-taught Cyber Security researcher who has been actively working in the field since 2017.  One day, in the middle of summer 2016, I decided to sign up for and try the OSCP class on a whim with absolutely no Cyber Security experience and barely any Linux knowledge.  After several months of struggling, I passed the exam my first try and was certified.  After this, my passion and career in the field began.

At this time, I'm trying to focus on IoT attacking and exploration as well as advanced malware development to learn a bit more about how our C2 infrastructures and embedded devices both work.  I am also the proud host of the BSides Nova Main CTF competition for the last 3 years.

Every day I'm trying to research and new learn things.  The field is very dense and there's so very much to learn I can't imagine I'll ever be satisfied.  The goal is to learn something new every single day.
